This site is hosted in mainland Europe and is subject to EU governance. EU law is to be observed throughout and is applicable to all who use or visit the site.
 
Images
Please keep avatar images suitable for all users (no nudity) and mark any images not suitable for under 18s as "adult content" using the icons below the image within your profile gallery. No images of a pornographic or illicit nature or of full frontal nudes are to be uploaded or connected to TFP Models in any form. We allow artistic interpretation of the human form and whilst we allow nude work, we strive to keep in line with a general standard of decency accepted in normal mainstream society. Any submissions deemed 'inappropriate' by the management team of TFP will be removed without warning or explanation. Where a question arises about the 'appropriate' or 'suitable' content of any work, we request that you submit it to us for review before submitting it publicly.
 
Appropriate Behaviour
At TFP Models, we endeavor to make using or visiting the site an enjoyable experience and respectfully request that members and visitors follow these guidelines and to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Individuals found to be abusing the site, facilities or fellow members will be subject of a review carried out by the TFP Models' admin team. This is applicable to members and visitors and where the behaviour is deemed 'unnecessary', membership will be revoked and visitor status blocked. If our decision making is challenged, the aggrieved party will be given an adequate platform to respond and a timeframe to do so, no longer than 14 days. Our appeal process is final.
 
Under 18 Policy
Under 18's are welcome to use the site. We openly use the human body as an expression of art and, if easily offended, would ask that you refrain from visiting the site. Before commencing on a potential shoot made through TFP Models, we would encourage a parent/guardian to read the article entitled “Guidance for Models" (click on the title to be taken to it) and read the “Stay Safe” thread in the forum for advice and guidance prior to a shoot. Please contact the management directly for clarity on this matter or for individual questions which should arise before attending any event.
 
TFP Models interpret 'inappropriate' as any form of topless or implied topless images, any form of nudity be it implied or full or anything of a sexual or implied sexual nature. Under 18 members and photographers are not to arrange shoots of an inappropriate nature and any such work submitted will be removed and the membership withdrawn immediately without appeal. We have implemented this policy in the interests of safety and clarity.
 
Subscriptions
Should an account be removed from TFP Models, a member be banned or in the unlikely event that TFP Models should cease to exist, it is up to the member to cancel any subscription payment.
 
Although we are extremely grateful for subscriptions to the site, no refunds are offered under any circumstance and no discussions will be entered into.
