Hiya, I'm pretty much a beginner in photography and I'm slowly extending my skills and building a portfolio. I have created a website recently. Any comments are more than welcome. It is a pilot site as I don't even have yet a domain name: http://web.mac.com/susieguerreiro/

The first shot - schoolgirl outfits are yum, as are great lighting. You also caught the model in a superb locale, in a great pose.

The second shot - how busy is her outfit?!?! It works for that 80's glam look that I think you were going for, though, and the contrast is superb. Locale, pose and lighting are all superb again!

Hi Susy ,sorry I meant to reply with a quick edit to the first shot this morning ,great pose and composition but I would have like to have seen more of the legs and a bit of colour brought back in the skirt, # 2 is great ,I wonder if you care to let us know your lighting set up for this , Paul

I personally love the way the lighting drops off in shot #1, and I think the slightly muted colours work with the mood of the shot - but that's just me. Everyone's going to have a different opinion on just about everything...

exactly Anton ,I much prefer real contrasty colours that pop but thats just my taste ,and for that reason I didn't post the edit I did ,I suppose that's the beauty of forums getting lots of opinions .
